Puppy & Beginner REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

Your dog should be current on vaccinations. A kennel cough inoculation is recommended for your dog's protection.
Class sizes are limited. To hold your place in class you must mail the completed registration form along with a nonrefundable deposit of $42.50
You will need to bring the following to your first class/orientation:
1. The remaining amount.
2. A rabies certificate NOT the rabies tag, a copy of the form that you got from your vet with the expiration date of rabies vaccination.
3. A buckle collar.
4. A 4' or 6' foot leash (NO FLEXI'S PLEASE)
5. Soft Treats, lots of them.
Class size is limited, you are signing up on a 1st come basis. The faster we receive your registration and nonrefundable deposit, the better your chances of retaining a spot in class. If class is full your deposit will returned with notification or it can be applied to the next session. You will be notified a week prior to class to confirm.
Please complete and sign the registration form and send it along with a nonrefundable deposit of $42.50 to the following address. Please put your dog's age on the registration form, at the time of the first class.
